According to the online newspaper “El Español”, the Private International School Eurocolegio Casvi has been included in the ranking of the best schools of our country.
Experts in the field of education have taken numerous criteria into consideration before they reach their decision. Casvi’s methodology, the high level of foreign language proficiency as well as the quality of the teaching/learning process offered by the school are only some of them. Additionally, other major factors that influenced the experts’ decision are the International Baccalaureate curriculum that the school follows, the use of technologies (iPads) through which students can access the educational material created by the school’s teachers as well as the effective measures taken against the Covid-19 pandemic.
It is important to mention that the Private International School Eurocolegio Casvi is also included in the ranking of the “Best 100 Schools of Spain” for its educational achievements by the newspaper “El Mundo” and the “La Razón”. This recognition is the result of the dedication and the hard work of the staff as well as the effective use of technologies in the classroom.
A special year
All these distinctions have been achieved “during the hardest year in the field of education due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the quarantine”, says Juan Luis Yagüe, director of the school. It has been a tough year and schools were suddenly asked to provide online teaching without any prior training while at the same time, they had to maintain the high teaching/learning quality and the usual timetable. “Few were the schools that rose to the occasion as efficiently as the Private International School Eurocolegio Casvi”.
This recognition has been the result of the hard work of the past three decades. “Throughout these 35 years, we have been the pioneers in the use of technologies for educational purposes. Moreover, we have successfully promoted multiculturalism by having learners from more than 12 nationalities studying in our school, following the International Baccalaureate curriculum and by offering them the opportunity to immerse themselves in the different cultures and participate in various exchange programmes. If we could summarize our 35 years of experience, we would say that we have been faithful to our mission to offer the best education possible, even during the hardest times, like the ones we are going through this year due to the Covid-19” concludes Juan Luis Yagüe, director of the Private International School Eurocolegio Casvi.
