Promote talent with the International Baccalaureate at Casvi Villaviciosa is something we do every day in our classrooms. Encouraging the creativity of our students is the most effective strategy to promote creative thinking and help in problem solving in the future. This generates and enhances skills and abilities that can be applied to other disciplines, or even to their professional future.

We need more talent than ever to face the challenges of the planet and the huge economic and social transformation that the world needs. And there is no doubt that education has a key role to play in this collective task of identifying and nurturing the talent we are all born with.
In this way, Pilar Alegría, Minister of Education and Vocational Training, emphasised the need to boost children's abilities and skills.

At Eurocolegio Casvi International Private School we promote talent thanks to a methodology, the International Baccalaureate, which allows children to go beyond the basic content. In this way, they obtain knowledge in the first person, being the guides of their own learning.

In order to promote talent, it is not about what a student excels at, but rather that once we find it, we help him or her to improve it. The International Baccalaureate and its units of enquiry facilitate this process.

The best results are achieved by enabling students to connect the curriculum to their innate talents, teaching them to think for themselves and to drive their learning process.

Thus, through the development of their talents, students will be able to face any challenge and will be prepared for the future.

There is a correlation between a nation’s talent and the quality of its education, based on the data from studies carried out in this respect. This allows us to affirm that education is the generator of talent. Education is therefore the great generator of a nation’s wealth.

To promote talent with the International Baccalaureate at Casvi Villaviciosa: sport, theatre and music schools

At Eurocolegio Casvi International Private School we not only develop children’s talents in the classroom through the different units of enquiry. We also do this through sport, art and music. And we do it both inside and outside school hours. In this case with our sports schools and our schools of Art, Music and Theatre (in Spanish and English), as well as extracurricular activities. All of them also favour educational inclusion. Through them, our pupils, regardless of their knowledge or level, will be able to bring their creativity and talent to the highest level.

Casvi Football Academy

Special mention should be made of our high performance football academy Casvi Football Academy. It is aimed at boys and girls aged between 12-16 years old, who want to live a unique experience in one of the best environments for the practice of this sport.  For this we have our own methodology developed based on the sporting experience of the Academy’s director, Nano Rivas, and the coaches who make up the technical staff, who have played in Spanish First Division teams and have been part of the coaching staff of professional football teams.

In short, by offering a comprehensive education, we manage to promote the children’s talent so that when they grow up they can be whatever they dream of: engineers, biologists, lawyers, designers, musicians…
