Many parents of pre-school children<\/strong><\/a> wonder if their children are really learning<\/strong> when they see them playing, getting their hands dirty with paint, experimenting with water or acting out stories. Wouldn’t it be better if they were already memorising numbers or letters? <\/p>

We know today, thanks to neuroscience and contemporary pedagogy, that children learn best when they have real experiences. <\/strong>They touch, feel, think, question and experience. Learning by doing<\/em><\/strong> is not a fad, but a methodology with decades of evidence behind it. <\/p>

When learning is reduced to repetition or passive listening, the child loses motivation, understanding and autonomy. The concept of learning by doing<\/em><\/strong>, popularised by the philosopher and educator John Dewey<\/strong><\/a>, is based on a simple but revolutionary idea: knowledge is built through action.<\/strong><\/p>
