The director of the Casvi Villaviciosa International School<\/strong><\/a>, Juan Luis Yag\u00fce<\/strong>, has received the Medal of Honour<\/strong> of the Official College of Doctors and Graduates in Philosophy and Letters and Science of the Community of Madrid.<\/a> The ceremony was held on 23 September at the Faculty of Geography and History of the Complutense University of Madrid, as part of the central event of the CDL’s Autumn University.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The event included the presentation of medals to various personalities who, like Juan Luis Yag\u00fce, have made a significant contribution to the field of education in our country. Among the award winners were Pilar Ponce<\/strong>, president of the School Council of the Community of Madrid. Also Miguel Luque Talav\u00e1n<\/strong>, dean of the Faculty of Geography and History at the UCM. And Francisco Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00edn,<\/strong> director of the Imprenta Artesanal-Artes del Libro de Madrid. <\/p>

The event also included a conference given by Jaime Buhigas<\/strong>. He is the founder of the pedagogical renewal movement “We all learn: for a better education”<\/em>.
