In this context, the biggest challenge is to guide students towards the <\/span><\/span><strong><span class=\"TextRun SCXW240554316 BCX8\" lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW240554316 BCX8\">jobs of the future<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"TextRun SCXW240554316 BCX8\" lang=\"ES-ES\" xml:lang=\"ES-ES\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW240554316 BCX8\"><strong>.<\/strong> Many of these roles have not yet been created. It is not enough simply to choose a career. It is vital to develop the skills needed to adapt to constant change.  <\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW240554316 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-674e2b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"674e2b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">THE GAP BETWEEN THE CLASSROOM AND THE DIGITAL ECONOMY<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f20cc7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f20cc7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Many parents have legitimate concerns. The younger generation is being educated using models from the industrial age. Whilst the world of work is shifting towards technology, the traditional education system continues to prioritise rote learning.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The pace of change is the biggest challenge. The <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/publications\/the-future-of-jobs-report-2023\/\">World Economic Forum<\/a><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">predicts that <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">23% of current jobs will change<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> structuralism before 2027. This creates a critical gap. Previously, these processes required years of specialisation.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If the educational model does not change, there is a risk of it becoming obsolete. Students who merely regurgitate facts will not be able to compete. In a world where information is everywhere, the ability to apply it judiciously is the real asset.
