Last Friday, the last day of school before the long-awaited holidays, the Christmas spirit filled every corner of the Casvi Villaviciosa International School with a big Christmas party. A day full of magical activities that left unforgettable moments for students, teachers and families.
PREPARATIONS FULL OF EXCITEMENT FOR THIS CHRISTMAS PARTY
The day began in the classrooms, where pupils from all stages took part in the Christmas preparations. With laughter and creativity, they decorated the classrooms, rehearsed their performances and finalised details so that everything would be perfect. These previous moments strengthened teamwork and the enthusiasm to celebrate the end of the term together.
THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CASVI CHOIR
The Choir Casvi was responsible for open the party with an emotional performance of a Christmas carol. Their voices filled the atmosphere with music and hope, eliciting applause and smiles from all those in attendance. One more example of the talent and dedication that characterises our students.
AWARDS IN THE 40TH CHRISTMAS CARD COMPETITION
Before the Christmas show began, one of the most eagerly awaited moments for the entire educational community arrived: the award ceremony for the 40th Casvi Christmas Card Competition. The head of studies, Mr. Pablo Martín, was responsible for recognising the talent and creativity of the winners. It was a special moment that celebrated the artistic efforts of our students.
In addition, prizes were also awarded to the two winning students of the “Pumpkin and Hat Contests” held on Halloween.
A SHOW WITH PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS AS THE PROTAGONISTS OF THIS CHRISTMAS PARTY
The magic continued with a performance by the pupils in Years 1 and 2 of Primary Education, who put on a Christmas show full of colour, songs and creativity. Entitled “Christmas in New York”, their energy and enthusiasm were evident in every detail, creating a unique moment that thrilled everyone present.
VISIT OF THE THREE WISE MEN FROM THE EAST
The day reached its climax with the arrival of the Three Wise Men at the school sports centre. With great excitement, the Infant and Primary pupils had the opportunity to personally hand them their letters full of wishes and illusions.
But the magic did not end there. The Three Wise Men also visited the Infant School building, where the youngest children of the school were able to experience their encounter with Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar in a closer and unforgettable way.
AN ENRICHING EXPERIENCE AT THIS CHRISTMAS PARTY
The Christmas party in Casvi Villaviciosa also reinforces values such as enthusiasm, camaraderie and spirit of community.
