The Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sport has opened the deadline for applications for scholarships and grants for students with specific educational support needs for the 2025-2026 academic year. The aim of this call for applications is to guarantee equity in access to education and to offer financial support to families whose children require additional resources in their educational process.

WHO IS THE TARGET GROUP OF THIS AID?
These grants are intended for non-university students who present one of the following situations:
- Disability
- Severe behavioural disorders
- Severe communication and language disorders
- Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- High Intellectual Abilities
Depending on the student’s profile, grants may cover services such as pedagogical or language re-education, transport, canteen, school residence, books or didactic material.

100% ONLINE APPLICATIONS

As a novelty, this year the whole process will be carried out exclusively online. Families must access the electronic site of the Ministry of Education and submit their application before 11 September 2025 at 15:00 h (peninsular time).
The form will be available from 30 April 2025, so it is recommended that you apply early and carefully review the requirements and necessary documentation.
