We have been running the Diploma Programme since the 2009-10 academic year. Since the 2016-17 academic year, we have been doing so with the PYP Programme (in Kindergarten and Primary Education) and the MYP Programme (in Secondary).

In order to obtain the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Madrid, the students of Casvi Villaviciosa have an open and flexible curriculum. The student is who chooses it according to his or her interests and professional development towards the University.
OPEN CURRICULUM
In addition, they must pass six subjects chosen from among those included in these six groups:
- Language and Literature.
- Language Acquisition.
- Individuals and Societies.
- Sciences.
- Mathematics
- and Arts.
PROJECTS AND MONOGRAPHS
Finally, students in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme are required to write a 4,000-word monograph under the guidance of a specialist teacher. They must also successfully complete a 100-hour course in Theory of Knowledge. This course aims to encourage critical reflection on knowledge and experience. Finally, they cannot forget the implementation of various Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) projects.
BILINGUAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMME AT CASVI VILLAVICIOSA
The fact that our curriculum is open and flexible also leads to another possibility. That of allowing students of the Eurocolegio Casvi International Private School to take the Diploma Programme in the bilingual modality in English.
